Personal data of each individual we process in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (“RODO”).

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data, voluntariness of providing data
We will process your personal data in order to:
I. realization of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) consisting in:
a) to enable you to contact us using the communication channel of your choice, e.g. telephone number or e-mail address, including responses to correspondence or incidental inquiries from users of our website to the contact information indicated on our website,
b) establishing, investigating, defending against claims - for the time necessary to carry out the given action, but not longer than until the statute of limitations for claims under the relevant applicable laws,
c) creation of compilations, statistics, analyses - for our internal needs - until we take into account the legitimate objection you have raised, or you raise an objection;
II. dispatch of the Newsletter by e-mail - based on the consent you have given by signing up for the Newsletter (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO in connection with the relevant legislation /if applicable/) - until it is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data collected for this purpose prior to its withdrawal.
Personal data of users are collected by us directly from you, i.e. from the data subjects, their provision is voluntary. In the situation of refusal to provide them - we will not be able to provide you with the given service.
3. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to:
1) authorized persons from the Administrator's team (employees/co-workers),
2) suppliers cooperating with us, among others: IT services, including CRM systems, hosting services or e-mail systems, services: supporting marketing activities, handling customer communications, analytical services, our advisors, including legal advisors,
3) entities in the capital group to which we belong, in case the inquiry sent to us concerns a particular company in our capital group, e.g. Eolus Poland sp. z o.o.;
4) to public authorities (e.g. courts, tax offices) or non-public authorities, including if required by applicable law or necessary for the investigation/defense against claims.
4. Your rights
We have implemented processes to protect the personal data we process about you. These rights include:
1) the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy;
2) the right to rectify personal data that is inaccurate, including the completion of incomplete data;
3) the right to erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten) to the extent that the processing is not necessary to establish, assert or defend claims,
4) the right to restrict the processing of personal data;
5) the right to data portability to another controller (insofar as this entitlement is applicable).

5. Right to object
You have the right, in addition to the rights indicated above, to object at any time to our processing of your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (our legitimate interest), on grounds relating to your particular situation (unless we demonstrate the existence of valid, legitimate grounds for further processing of your personal data, which will override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims).

6. Transfer of data outside the EEA
As a rule, we do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA (European Economic Area), i.e. to third countries. However, in the event that there is a legitimate need for us, as the Controller of your personal data, to transfer your personal data outside the EEA, including in view of our use of the tools of entities whose registered office is outside the EEA or where they may store data outside the EEA, this will always be done in compliance with the principles and mechanisms arising from Articles 44 - 49 of the RODO. Such transfer may take place to countries that have been recognized by a decision of the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, or in the absence of such a decision is secured by standard clauses approved by the European Commission, or with the provision of another mechanism to legalize the transfer and ensure data protection, in accordance with applicable law. 7. The right to file a complaint
If you believe that we are processing personal data in violation of the RODO, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Our websites may use “cookies” which are used to identify the user's session when using our website. These files ensure proper operation of the Site. Cookies are text files that are stored on the Website User's terminal device. They usually contain the name of the site from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number. Cookies used on www.puzzleoffice.com do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.
Data collection:
As is standard practice for most Web sites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our site. The content viewed is identified by URLs. We also know, among other things:
- time of arrival of the request,
- the time the response was sent,
- URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer

This data is not associated with specific individuals browsing www.puzzleoffice.com. The collected data are stored as support material for the administration of the site. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server
