Office with a history

In the 18th century, the site on Zelazna Street was owned by Franciszek Ryks, one of the most colorful figures of the Stanislawski bob, only to fall into the hands of the Buch Brothers company after another change of ownership. The Buch Brothers plated goods factory was established, which continued the work of the Gustav Henniger plant in Warsaw, which had been bought out by the Buch brothers - one of the largest plating factories. In 1882, the Buch Brothers plating factory was bought out by Ludwik Norblin, along with his partner Teodor Werner and his wife Albertine (Ludwik's sister), gradually moving their factories from other parts of Warsaw to Zelazna Street.

In 2017, the revitalization of the post-factory area began. From a space that had been neglected for several decades, a pearl of post-industrial architecture has been created - the multifunctional building complex Norblin Factory, which fits perfectly into the pace of Warsaw's fast-growing Wola district by combining a place to work with a place for pleasant leisure activities..
